Incorrect NIN Data Can Now Be Successfully Removed

What’s changed?

We resolved an issue where onboarders were unable to remove incorrect National Insurance Number (NIN) values from candidate profiles. The system previously failed to delete the data, causing it to persist. Onboarders can now successfully remove or update NIN information, as long as no onboarding documents are using it.
